Next, go to "picture" and choose "Clip art" and encode the search term. If needed, resize the image by dragging the small square on the edges of the image into your desired size. Next is typing in the details of the appointment, event or reminders by simply clicking on the scheduled date and encode the information needed. You can either highlight or bold the text to emphasize its importance. Colors can also add some variety to the calendar; simply use the color swatches on the toolbar.

Once everything is done, you can finally put it up on the fridge door or any place easily visible for the family.
